Psychic Awareness with my Rice

This year I am practicing on really honing in on my psychic awareness. It’s about becoming aware of the subtleties–the shifts in emotions, thoughts, feelings and senses and becoming aware of where they are coming from. It a practice of being aware and being in tune. It takes trust and confidence in yourself.

What I’ve learned is that my male and female light bodies need to be on good terms My female gets the information coming into my field and relays that info to my male counterpart to interpret. If my male is not in a trusting state with my female he will not interpret the information. And if my female is not in trust with my male she will also not relay the information she is getting in the first place. Neither of them will do their part.

Last night I was making rice as I usually do about once a week. As I was washing the rice some of the pieces turned translucent while others remained white. “This rice is plastic.” The thought ran through my mind like a dart-Passing as quickly as it came in. I cooked the rice in my instant pot as I usually do, and as it started to heat up the smell of burnt rubber came to my nose. “hmmm. Is that the rice?” I continued.

It wasn’t until my husband got home and warmed some up in the microwave that the whole house began to smell like burnt plastic. After he tasted it he confirmed that it was the rice. Needless to say, I through the rice out.

That first initial thought that ran through my mind wasn’t a fluke. I was giving myself information that I dismissed. Coming to learn that the information that I relayed to myself was accurate- builds trust within myself. Yes my field (female) is picking up on information that is translated to my brain (male) as a thought. I dismissed it.

This experience just solidified the trust between my male and my female light bodies. They are both during their part sufficiently but need to trust in each other more. This experience helped strengthen the bond between them and myself. “Myself” being my soul essence and “them” being my consciousness. This is a learning process that takes time and commitment. It also takes practice. I can see that my the end of this year the harmony between the two will be solidified and they will be working together as one-my clairvoyance will only get stronger! Exciting times ahead-following the path within!
