    The goal is not to have the highest frequency possible. The highest frequencies possible are not even detectable to the human body. You will poof out of the 3D realm like the buddhist rainbow monks. They meditate for much of their lives and literally lose their physical bodies and dissipate. When your focused on high frequencies only you are still in polarity and not in a balanced state. This means you are still food for the matrix. You will have a very hard reality.     Savasana

    Savasana, also known as corpse pose, is a pose in yoga usually held at the end of the practice. You lie down on your mat for 5-20 minutes and just breathe and relax into your body. It is a time for your body to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, rest and absorb all the benefits from your practice.  When I first started my yoga journey, I hated savasana.
