Introduction To Healing

Traumatized Consciousness And The Artificial Matrix

Traumatized consciousness is what powers the matrix. The matrix is a false technology based overlay–just like a filter–that covers everything in this realm. It inverts everything so that everything is in a state of disharmony. Just like computers, it creates programs that people can download/upload or remove and delete from their consciousness.

A matrix program is anything that is preventing you from being your authentic self. It is usually a self-sabotaging or negative belief about oneself. It is a confusing energy and will often talk you out of what you truly desire to experience in this life. A program will cause you to repeat cycles and relive the same negative experiences over and over and over again.

These programs get attached to consciousnesses through trauma.  In order to remove the programs we must heal ourselves of these traumas.

A trauma does not have to be a huge injury like a car crash. It can be a very small experience that causes you confusion/fear and stops the flow of energy. This usually happens during childhood when we are operating purely in the Theta brain wave state and we don’t have the conscious awareness to analyze or process the emotions and feelings through our bodies. This energy stops flowing and gets “trapped” in a memory like a box. A negative belief is created such as, “I am unworthy of love”.

The stronger the belief is–the stronger this “box” becomes. These boxes become “core memories.”  We will see out of the pictures in these boxes like filters. Our whole reality and experience will be affected by these core traumas.

Because the energy flowing in your aura gets “stuck” you will also experience physical health issues as a result. Energy needs movement.

When we get triggered what happens is we go back to this trapped memory/energy and it feels very much like we are experiencing something new in real time but we are not. When we are triggered we must process the emotions by feeling them and letting them flow through our body without judgment. The movement of energy cleanses itself and we gain back the pieces of our consciousness. We heal these traumas and remove the programming attached to them. The more we process our emotions, the less we will get triggered and the more balanced we become.

For most of us, this healing process is a lifelong commitment. It is a daily commitment of observing ourselves, checking in with ourselves, soothing our inner child, and changing the patterns of our brain. Let’s face it. Healing is a lot of work. There is no quick fix. There is no spiritual master, guru, shaman or healer that can do the inner alchemy for us. We must be willing to step into the unknown. We must be willing to take action- even if it means falling and getting back up again and again. We must make physical and mental changes that will have a positive effect on our physical and mental well being. This requires bravery!

Masculine and Feminine Energies

Everybody holds two energies: The masculine and Feminine. When our internal energies are in disharmony and states of chaos–that is exactly what we will experience in our internal and external worlds. When we learn to balance our energies and bring peace and harmony between these two energies- we will open ourselves up to a completely new world of endless opportunities. We will experience radical healing that can potentially break us free from the matrix programming (control) where we can experience true freedom.

When our energies are in balance we will have internal support, guidance, protection, peace and clarity. We will not feel the need to go outside ourselves for any of these things.

True healing requires:

  • Commitment to change patterns, beliefs, and thoughts.
  • Commitment to understanding your traumas and a radical shift in perspective–From a victim mentality to, “What can I learn from this and how has this pushed me to grow?”
  • We must be willing to be uncomfortable. Healing can bring up painful memories and trapped emotions. We must learn to process these uncomfortable feelings rather than continue to suppress them. (Trauma is an unprocessed emotion.)
  • We must be willing to face ourselves. We must tear away the facade we have built for the world and look at ourselves in the mirror. We must face all the parts of ourselves that we have abandoned and hid away. We must uncover all these fragmented pieces of our consciousness and integrate them back into our wholeness.
  • We must make the commitment to be our own observer. We can observe when we get triggered and understand that we are being triggered into a “core memory” box. We must heal that memory, and process the emotions so that they can be released. We must observe when we are repeating cycles, stuck in old patterns and take the necessary ACTIONS to break free.

When we fully heal this means we are in alignment with ourselves–whatever that means for the individual. It means we fully trust ourselves and  are at peace with our decisions. It means that we have let go of every belief that isn’t our own and embodied our full potential.
